Ordering and Payment

In order to provide you with the best service possible we suggest the following lead times:

Celebration cake orders should be placed one month before required if not sooner.

50% of the total cost of the cake is payable on placing an order (non-refundable) and the balance is due on collection/delivery.

Wedding cake orders should be placed at least three to six months before the required date, particularly for fruit cakes that need time to mature.

50% of the total cost is required on placing an order (non-refundable, to cover initial costs) and the balance is due 28 days before the wedding date. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date.

Cakes By Joti accept payment by cheque, online bank transfer or cash.
